Chenghuang Temple, Hsinchu

The city is bordered by Hsinchu County to the north and east, Miaoli County to the south, and the Taiwan Strait to the west. Hsinchu City is composed of three districts: North District, East District, and Xiangshan District.
Eivad sticked a nice ATM-label on the card, and the mark is also very clear.

Wow, I didn't know that Taiwan has a Windy City. I know only of the Windy City of Chicago in the US, where Pres. Barack Obama is from.
