Many thanks to Igor for this nice cover from Germany, whose stamps were franked with a special cancellation. Igor sent this cover registered but the postage is totally only 1.70 Euros. Why so cheap?

2,10 Euro registration fee are paid with the Registration label. This is called SB-Einschreiben.
You can buy these labels at the post office and put them on the letter, then you can post the letter as registered in a mailbox (without visting the postoffice).
