A special card from Malaysia, where? Just look at the back side: stamps and the gutter show the 30th anniversary Malaysia and China Diplomatic Relationship. This set was issue on May 31st 2004. On the card you may also find a ATM-label, which is for covering the postage. But on the label there is no date. Many thanks to Terence for this special card with stamps and the postage label!
